Ingredients
3 oz corned beef or ham
⅓ cup cabbage shredded
¼ cup sauerkraut
½ tsp onion flakes
¼ cup Gouda cheese shredded
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp caraway seeds
¼ tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Place corned beef or chopped ham in the bottom of a bowl. Sprinkle with onion flakes, caraway seeds, chilli flakes and olive oil and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix shredded cabbage and sauerkraut and add to the bowl with seasoned beef.
Microwave on high for 1 ½ minute.
Remove from microwave and mix with a fork.
Top with Gouda cheese and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Top with a tablespoon of sour cream, some more caraway seeds and serve immediately.
